Grief support

Grief Space is the area where we can grieve. A place of compassion where you can find support as you navigate the journey towards healing. The grief we feel for our losses may never fully go away, but they can lessen over time. I want to hold you in your grief and help you with that journey.

We can grieve for an array of reasons because in the simplest form, grief is loss. Yes, it’s something we feel when we lose someone to death. It’s also the loss of relationships that have fallen apart, a dissolution of marriage, or friendships that have disappeared. It’s the loss we feel due to an illness or change in our bodies and abilities. We can grieve a life that we had to let go of, dreams that were abandoned, or when we were shattered by the unexpected. We can even have grief for the choices thrust upon us and choices we didn’t want to make, but had to. We can grieve our childhood, the emotional support we didn’t get from those that were supposed to care for us, or even a relationship you never had with a parent. Grief in any form is valid and we will hold space for the loss or changes you have experienced.

One-on-one support in-person or virtually is available.
